Terms and Conditions
Rates are based on double occupancy. For each extra adult OVER 12 YEARS OLD staying in the room, a $30.00 per night fee will be added to the nightly rate.
Rates include a 10.5% bedding and state tax, a 2.0% "San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment" tax, and a 0.195% Visit California assessment.
FIRST NIGHT ROOM AND TAX WILL BE CHARGED 72 hours prior to arrival.
Guest must have a valid credit card matching the credit card used to make the reservation and a matching ID at check-in. Most major credit cards are accepted. Another authorization of at least $100 will be taken at check-in for incidentals.
The guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and the check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
No pets are allowed on the property.
There is a limit of one car per reservation. Parking fee of $35.00 per day.
The property is 100% NON-SMOKING. A $350.00 charge will be assessed for smoke/vaping cleanup if there is any evidence that you or your guest has smoked in the ROOM OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
Cancellation Policy
The Ocean Park Inn has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in time on the arrival date or the cardholder will be charged for the first night of room plus tax.
NOTE: Different cancellation policies MAY apply to SPECIALS or PROMOTIONS.
