Terms and Conditions
Rates are based on double occupancy. For each extra adult OVER 12 YEARS OLD staying in the room, a $30.00 per night fee will be added to the nightly rate.
Rates include a 10.5% bedding and state tax, a 2.0% "San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment" tax, and a 0.195% Visit California assessment.
FIRST NIGHT ROOM AND TAX WILL BE CHARGED 72 hours prior to arrival.
Guest must have a valid credit card matching the credit card used to make the reservation and a matching ID at check-in. Most major credit cards are accepted. Another authorization of at least $100 will be taken at check-in for incidentals.
The guaranteed check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and the check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
No pets are allowed on the property.
There is a limit of one car per reservation. Parking fee of $35.00 per day.
The property is 100% NON-SMOKING. A $350.00 charge will be assessed for smoke/vaping cleanup if there is any evidence that you or your guest has smoked in the ROOM OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
Cancellation Policy
The Ocean Park Inn has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in time on the arrival date or the cardholder will be charged for the first night of room plus tax.
NOTE: Different cancellation policies MAY apply to SPECIALS or PROMOTIONS.
Privacy Policy
What This Privacy Policy Covers
This privacy policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the Site. This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Ocean Park Inn does not own or control or of people whom Ocean Park Inn does not manage or employ.
Information Collection and Use
We collect personally identifiable information when you send us requests for information through our Site. We may also collect information from our affiliates and third parties.
We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser.
We use your information for five general purposes:
To fulfill your requests for certain information and services;

An affiliate or third party wishes to have access to your information to provide you with goods or services which may be of interest to you.
Please note that we may disclose personally identifiable information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that doing so would be necessary in order to comply with the legal process served on us.
Cookies

Security and Integrity of Information
The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us, and we treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ reasonable and customary information-security techniques, but no security system is capable of meeting all anticipated or unanticipated security needs. OCEAN PARK INN DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ITS SECURITY SYSTEMS WILL BE FOOLPROOF OR ABLE TO FULFILL ANY ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR THAT YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WILL BE PROTECTED AGAINST LOSS, MISUSE OR ALTERATION BY THIRD PARTIES.
Retention of Information
We retain your personally identifiable information, as necessary, for business purposes and as required by law and government regulation. We reserve the right, however, to dispose of records and delete information from time to time, without prior notice.
